AVA is a Calgary based commercial property maintenance management company focusing on optimizing property maintenance operations to provide our clients with superior quality services for a very affordable price. AVA uses sophisticated data analysis and management techniques to streamline operations that not only minimize associated costs but also minimize environmental impacts and improve safety.

AVA was incorporated in June 2010 by three veterans in the property maintenance field. With over 50 years combined experience AVA has solid experience in snow and ice management, landscaping, paving, parking lot cleaning and line painting services. We operate out of our facility located at 9320 52 St SE, Calgary, AB T2C 2R5.

Our customers include operators and managers of Calgary area hospitals, large malls, schools, apartment and condo buildings, office towers, parkades, strip malls and small businesses. The services provided include:​
